3.负责企业文化活动方案的制订与组织实施
4.负责企业决策理念的设计、优化、推广
5.负责企业形象、文化宣传系统的组织设计、优化和推广应用
6.负责企业发展历史资料的收集、整理
7.负责公司各节庆活动的筹划、组织、开展
8.负责组织公司业务流程、规章制度的设计、维护及优化，并负责执行情况的检查、落实和反馈
9.负责公司宣传栏、看板、通告等的设计、维护及优化
10.负责公司内、外部文娱活动组织、安排、联系
11.负责公司公文的印发及相关通知信息的发送
12.负责集团、公司级会议的落实
13.负责公司会议的记录、整理、公告

工作要求：
1、文字功底扎实，有报刊、杂志编辑经验者优先；
2、具有敏锐的新闻触角，可统筹编辑公司月刊；
3、对企业文化宣传工作有兴趣、热情、想法，在实际工作中，干劲十足；
4、对工作认真负责，积极主动。
5、大专及以上学历
6、在中型以上企业从事相关工作经验2年以上；
7、对企业的方针政策有很强的领悟力、策划力和执行力
8、熟练操作Photoshop,coreldraw等设计软件，会平面绘图软件操作
